Upcoming Rate Changes: In our commitment to providing the highest quality of care, our rates will be updated as of January 1, 2025. Booking a session before this date allows you to secure current pricing:

• Free virtual 20 minute consultation for new clients
• Individual Therapy ages 10+  (50 minute session) $160 *Rate increased to $185 as of January 1, 2025*
• Individual Therapy ages 10+  (80 minute session) $240.00  *Rate increased to $277.50 as of January 1, 2025* 
• Virtual Individual Therapy ages 10+  (50 minute session) $160  *Rate increased to $185 as of January 1, 2025*
• Virtual Individual Therapy ages 10+ (80 minute session) $240  *Rate increased to $277.50 as of January 1, 2025*
• Couples Counselling Session (80 minute session) $240  *Rate increased to $277.50 as of January 1, 2025* 
• Virtual Couples Counselling Session (80 minute session) $240  *Rate increased to $277.50 as of January 1, 2025* 
• Family Counselling Session (80 minutes) $240  *Rate increased to $277.50 as of January 1, 2025* 

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does my health insurance plan cover psychotherapy for social work (BSW)?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept e-transfer, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

At least 48 hours beforehand or depending on the situation you may be charged full rate of the session.
